Cavit Rosé
Cavit Rosé is a rosé from Cavit, grown in the Vallagarina and the Valle dell'Adige in Trentino, in the heart of the Dolomites. The blend is 40% Merlot, 40% Marzemino and 20% Teroldego. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately without maceration, and the wines rest for several months in stainless steel before blending.
Cavit describes beautiful aromas of fresh strawberry and cherries in a medium-bodied rosé that is fresh, with flavors of ripe red fruits. The winery says the stainless steel aging is intended to maintain fragrance and freshness.
