Caymus 50th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is the 2022 vintage of Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, bottled under a commemorative label marking 50 years since the winery's first vintage in 1972. Caymus Vineyards was founded by Charlie and Lorna Wagner with their son Chuck, who remains owner and winemaker and now works alongside two of his children.

Chuck Wagner describes the wine as rich and round on the palate, with tannins expressed in a textural, non-bitter manner, evidence of French oak that is not overplayed, and enough acidity for balance. He credits healthy vines, low crop yield and harvest at high ripeness for the Caymus style.
