Dalwhinnie Distillery was founded at the end of the 19th century. The nose is crisp, dry and aromatic, with heather and light peat. Heather honey, vanilla, citrus fruit and malted bread shape the palate, and the long finish moves from sweetness into smoke, peat and malt.
