DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon from DAOU Vineyards. It belongs to the winery's Reserve Collection, which DAOU describes as a special selection from top vineyard blocks on DAOU Mountain and across the Paso Robles AVA. The 2022 vintage was aged 18 months in French oak, 50% of it new.

For the 2022 vintage, DAOU notes aromas of blackberry, raspberry and plum with traces of licorice, thyme, vanilla and cherry. The palate shows layers of black fruit and chocolate-covered blueberry with herbal, cedar and mineral complexity, and rounded tannins give the finish stature and length.
