Dom Pérignon Champagne is a vintage Champagne from Dom Pérignon, a Maison of the LVMH group. The house makes vintage wines only, each from the harvest of a single year, and will decline to declare a vintage when the year does not meet its standard. Every Dom Pérignon is an assemblage, and the chef de cave is Vincent Chaperon.

The house takes its name from Dom Pierre Pérignon, who was appointed procurator at the Abbey of Hautvillers in 1668 and worked there for 47 years. According to the house, each vintage spends no fewer than eight years in elaboration, maturing slowly on its lees in the darkness of the cellars before release.
