Don Fulano Blanco Tequila

Don Fulano Blanco Tequila is an unaged 100% blue agave tequila from Tequila, Jalisco, made at La Tequileña (NOM 1146) by master distiller Enrique Fonseca and blended by Sergio Mendoza.

It is distilled roughly 80% in copper pot stills and 20% in a copper column still, then rested for 60 days in stainless steel with no oak contact.

Cooked agave, fresh vegetal notes, cracked black pepper and earth define the nose. On the palate, bright highland agave meets mint, light sweetness and earth, leading to a clean, crisp, minty finish.
