Don Fulano Reposado Tequila

Don Fulano Reposado Tequila is made from 100% blue agave at La Tequileña (NOM 1146) in Tequila, Jalisco, and rested for a minimum of eight months in French Limousin oak.

Distillation runs roughly 80% through copper pot stills and 20% through a copper column still. The nose opens with cooked agave, vanilla and toasted nuts. The palate layers pepper and sweetness with baking spice, oak, dried fruit and citrus, and the finish is dry with a slightly smoky edge.
