The El Septimo Bomba Orange is a 6½ by 60 gordo from the Zaya Collection. A Dominican binder and a five-leaf filler from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Honduras and Costa Rica sit under an extensively aged wrapper. Moderate in strength, it delivers flavor in waves: walnut, dark coffee roast, black pepper, cinnamon and chestnut, bold yet harmoniously sweet, with a firm white ash.
Smooth and leathery to the touch, it is a long, indulgent smoke. At Sun of a Gun it pairs with a cognac, a sherried Scotch or a dark rum. Offered by the single, the five-pack or the box of 10.
