El Septimo Vodka is a French wheat vodka from La Maison Younan, released in December 2023 as a small-batch limited edition and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

It is made from 100% French wheat, sourced, distilled and bottled in France. Distillation takes place in a copper Charentais alembic pot still, followed by slow filtration.

The nose is clean and refined, with a delicate sweetness. Silky and smooth on the palate, it stays clean and elegant with a gentle warmth, and the finish is long and clean.

At Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits in Yuma, Arizona, we pour it by the glass as a single or a double, with bottles to go (750 mL). Our shelf changes as bottles are poured and new ones arrive, so call 928-276-3500 to confirm availability, and ask our team for a cigar from the walk-in humidor to pair with it.
