Faretti Biscotti, also sold as Faretti Biscotti Famosi, is a biscotti liqueur from Giori Distillati Trentini. It is made in Volano, a town of about 3,000 people in Trentino, in the Dolomites, and bottled at 28% ABV (56 proof). The liqueur was created with Mauro Giori, son of Giori founder Ferruccio Giori.

A clean distillate is infused with notes of citrus, nuts, fennel and caramel. The nose opens on buttery, fresh biscotti with vanilla bean and marzipan. On the palate come nuts, citrus, fennel and caramel, with a note of cookie dough, and the finish is gently sweet and lingering.
