Flor de Caña 25 Year Rum spends 25 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. A single estate rum from Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, it is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Distillation runs on 100% renewable energy, and the rum is Carbon Neutral certified; the producer states zero sugar and no additives. Vanilla, wood and dark cocoa lead the nose. The palate is fruity, with almond and nuts, and the finish is full, long and lingering.
