Four Roses Private Selection Bourbon is a single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, with each barrel chosen by a private buyer. It is bottled uncut and non-chill filtered at barrel strength, so the proof varies from barrel to barrel.

Four Roses combines two mash bills with five proprietary yeast strains to make ten distinct bourbon recipes. Every Private Selection bottling is a single barrel of one of those recipes, which means the recipe, age and proof differ from one barrel to the next. Each bottling therefore captures one cask exactly as its buyer found it.
