George Dickel 8 Year American Whiskey is a small-batch bourbon whisky made at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee. It is aged eight years in charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof, and its label names it George Dickel Bourbon Whisky, Aged 8 Years.

The spirit goes through Dickel's chilled charcoal filtration, which uses sugar maple charcoal. Sweet vanilla leads the nose, cherry and orange fill out the palate, and a long finish brings almond toffee and oak.
