Glenfiddich 12 Year Sherry Cask Finish Scotch Whisky is a Special Edition Speyside single malt, matured for twelve years in American and European oak sherry casks and finished in Amontillado sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

Amontillado casks make up less than 5% of the sherry casks Glenfiddich imports. The Dufftown distillery, founded by William Grant, first ran spirit on Christmas Day 1887.

Fresh fruit, pear, delicate dried fruits and subtle spice lead the nose, followed by sweet fruit, rich oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and baked apple. The finish is smooth and mellow, with lingering spice.
