Glenmorangie 12 Year Scotch Whisky, known as Glenmorangie The Original, is a twelve-year-old Highland single malt aged in bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

The distillery was founded in 1843 in Tain, Ross-shire. Its stills are the tallest in Scotland, with necks of 5.14 meters, and are credited with the lightness of its spirit.

Citrus, ripening peach and vanilla lead on the nose. Vanilla and flowery fruit follow on the palate, and the finish lingers with almond, coconut and a touch of maple syrup.
