Glenmorangie Signet Scotch Whisky is a Highland single malt without an age statement, built on chocolate malt spirit that the distillery makes just once a year in its giraffe-high stills. Bourbon, sherry and virgin charred oak casks all play a part, and some of the oldest whisky Glenmorangie owns brings balance. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof).

Dr. Bill Lumsden took his inspiration from Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Chocolate and espresso lead the nose, lifted by a hint of citrus, while the palate brings bitter mocha, lively spice, dark chocolate and smooth butterscotch. The finish is long, with spiced orange and mocha.
