Gracias a Dios Tobala Mezcal is a joven mezcal artesanal of tobalá from Zoquitlán, Oaxaca, made by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernández and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

According to the importer, the agave is cultivated for 10 to 13 years before harvest, and the mezcal is double distilled. Herbs, geranium, tangerine, pink grapefruit, vanilla and pink pepper make for an aromatic nose. The palate returns to tangerine and vanilla, with floral notes and subtle smoke, and both linger on the finish.
