Herradura Añejo Legend Tequila is a 100% Blue Weber agave añejo from Casa Herradura in Amatitán, Jalisco, founded in 1870. It is double-distilled in small batches, aged 12 to 14 months and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Maturation takes place in charred American oak barrels with grooved staves, known as acanalado, which increase the tequila's contact with the wood. Toasted agave, charred oak, warm vanilla and honey form the nose. Oak, caramel, stone fruit and black pepper follow, and the finish is medium in length, smooth and aromatic.
