Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky is a Suntory blend of malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof). Its components draw on American oak, sherry and Mizunara casks.

The Hibiki name dates to 1989, when Suntory introduced it to mark the company's 90th anniversary. The bottle's 24 facets represent Japan's 24 micro-seasons, and the label is made from Echizen washi paper.

Rose, lychee and rosemary open onto mature wood and sandalwood. Honey sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate follow, with a subtle, tender and long finish carrying a hint of Mizunara.
