Johnnie Walker Double Black Scotch Whisky is a blended Scotch without an age statement, first released in 2011. The blend leans on whiskies from Scotland's West Coast and Islay for its smoky character and is matured in deeply charred oak casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Sweet smoke, peat and wood char meet the nose. The palate is full-bodied, with smoldering spice, dried dark fruit, clove and toasted oak, and the finish stays long, with charred oak and smoke that lingers.
