Jose Cuervo Platino Tequila is the unaged blanco of the Reserva de la Familia range, made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave at La Rojeña, the house distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, established in 1795. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Only three ingredients go into it: organic agave, yeast and water, brought together through the house's Esencia de Agave process. Pepper and honeyed agave lead the nose, lifted by apple and a green note of parsley. On the palate it is sweet and gently spicy, with melon, honey and hay, before a crisp, medium finish touched with chamomile and cinnamon.
