Knob Creek 12 Year Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged twelve years and bottled at a full 100 proof (50% ABV), in what the producer describes as a pre-Prohibition style.

It is distilled by James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. The nose is deep and layered, with heavy toffee and char alongside tobacco, toasted coconut and dark chocolate. Bold spice and leathery fruit shape the palate, softened by vanilla and caramelized wood, before a warm finish of smoky char and lingering heat.
