My Father La Union is the collaboration between My Father Cigars and Tatuaje, celebrating a partnership that dates to both companies' beginnings. Each release holds two blends in one 7 1/4 inch by 50 Prominente Especial with a 109-style cap, one by Pete Johnson and one by Jaime García, over Nicaraguan binder and filler that includes Pelo de Oro. Medium to full in body; the wrapper depends on the edition and blend.
Sun of a Gun offers La Union by the single and the five-pack, taken from the limited humidor releases. It is a cigar for a long, quiet evening in the lounge, and from the bar it pairs with a bourbon, a rye or a sherried Scotch. Ask the humidor staff which blend is on the shelf.
