Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut Champagne
Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut Champagne is the multi-vintage brut Champagne of Piper-Heidsieck, the house founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in 1785. It is blended from more than 100 crus across Champagne and made from 50 percent Pinot Noir, 30 percent Meunier and 20 percent Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested by hand.
The house describes a nose of pear, white peach, citrus and orange blossom. On the palate it notes toasted bread, fresh almonds and a hint of mint, with a crisp yet creamy sensation, structured by Pinot Noir and balanced between concentration and saltiness.
