Planteray OFTD Overproof Rum is a blended overproof rum bottled at 69% ABV (138 proof). The initials stand for Old Fashioned Traditional Dark, a name that sets out the style from the start.

The blend draws on rums from Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados. Alexandre Gabriel created it with a group of seven rum experts, working through more than 1,000 samples along the way.

Planteray publishes no formal tasting notes, describing the rum in just two words: opulent and strong.
