Quilt Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from Quilt, the label of fifth-generation winemaker Joe Wagner and his company Copper Cane Wines & Spirits. The wine is blended from vineyards across several Napa Valley districts. Most of the fruit comes from the valley floor, with grapes from gravelly side slopes and mountain sites added for structure.
The winery describes aromas of chocolate, black currant, ripe blackberry and marionberry with hints of toasted oak. Quilt notes flavors of ripe dark fruits, plum, blackberry pie and toffee, and a lingering finish with firm acidity and smooth, velvety tannins.
