Redbreast 12 Year Irish Whiskey is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery, matured for twelve years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.

Its character begins with the grain. A mash of malted and unmalted barley, grown on farms in the Munster region, is triple distilled in copper pot stills with water drawn from the Dungourney River.

The nose is spicy and fruity over toasted wood. On the palate it is full and silky, with spice, fruit and sherry resting on toasted notes, before a long, complex finish that lingers.

At Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits in Yuma, Arizona, we pour it by the glass as a single or a double, with bottles to go (750 mL). Our shelf changes as bottles are poured and new ones arrive, so call 928-276-3500 to confirm availability, and ask our team for a cigar from the walk-in humidor to pair with it.
