Redbreast 15 Year Irish Whiskey is a single pot still whiskey from Midleton Distillery, composed exclusively of pot still whiskeys matured for no less than fifteen years in a balance of first-fill and refill oak casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof).

Malted and unmalted barley from Munster farms, water from the Dungourney River and triple distillation in copper pot stills lay the foundation.

Berry fruits and aromatic oils lead a rich, complex nose. The palate is mellow, with fleshy fruit, spice and toasted wood, and the finish is long and sophisticated.
