Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon is a bourbon whiskey from Redwood Empire Distilling in California. It takes its name from Pipe Dream, a coast redwood that rises 367 feet in the Patriarch Forest of Humboldt Redwoods State Park.

Sweet maple, vanilla and honey open the nose. On the palate, roasted pecan and vanilla give way to char and woody notes, and the finish is smooth, closing on a hint of black pepper.
