The Rocky Patel Disciple Toro pairs a dark, oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler, made in Nicaragua. Medium to full in body, it delivers smooth notes of wood and earth with a subtle hint of pepper, layered with coffee, caramel and espresso. The name reflects the maker's view that the tobacco plant is the master and the blender its disciple.
It is a balanced, chocolatey San Andrés cigar that rewards a slow pace. At Sun of a Gun it is a natural partner for a bourbon with caramel depth, a coffee liqueur or an espresso. Offered by the single, the five-pack or the box of 20.
