Individual Pinot Noir blocks are harvested at night, briefly cold soaked, fermented separately in stainless steel and then racked into oak for aging. The brand presents the wine as zero sugar, vegan-friendly, gluten free and Certified Sustainable.
The brand describes the wine as full of spice, with red and black fruit notes of cherry and blackberry, and as round and complex on the palate. Its stated goal is to put the best Californian grapes in the bottle and nothing else.
