Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey is the house's original triple blend, uniting grain, malt and pot still Irish whiskeys that are triple distilled. It matures in refill barrels, ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry butts, and is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

The name carries its own history: the brand began distilling in the town of Tullamore in 1829, and D.E.W. are the initials of distiller Daniel Edmund Williams.

Honey, fresh-cut apple, banana and citrus rise on the nose, with dried fruit and malt beneath. Fruit and toffee fill the palate, and the finish is smooth, with a touch of wood and spice.
