Tullamore Dew XO Caribbean Rum Cask Irish Whiskey is a triple blend Irish whiskey matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then finished in first-fill barrels that previously held Demerara rum. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

The rum cask finish pays tribute to the role Irish immigrants played in Caribbean rum in the 17th century. Caramel, banana, raisin and a touch of spice make up the nose. The palate is sweet, rich and spiced, with banana, vanilla and dates, and the finish offers lingering sweetness, spice and gentle oak.
