Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon is a blend of 6-, 8- and 12-year-old bourbons from Wild Turkey Distilling Co. in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It goes into the bottle at barrel proof with no water added, so the strength varies from batch to batch.

Spring flowers and black pepper lift the nose, over almond, honey and dates. On the palate it is warm, with smoky grain and spice, and the finish is long, carrying that spice well after the glass is set down.
