Zacapa Negra Rum

Zacapa Negra Rum, known as Zacapa Edición Negra, is a Guatemalan solera rum bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof). It carries no single age statement; instead, the blend brings together rums between 6 and 24 years old.

Its signature comes from a finish in double-charred American oak casks, which lends a smoky, woody character.

Caramelized fruit, plum and raisin rise from the glass over soft smoke. On the palate, wood and spice give way to smoke, chocolate and dried fruit, and the finish is bold, smooth and persistent.
