Independence Robusto is the 4 7/8 x 50 robusto in the Independence line.
Independence is made for United Cigars by Arnold André at Arnold André Dominicana, its factory in the Dominican Republic. It began as the Independence Day Firecracker, a limited 3 1/2 x 50 with a fuse, made for the 250th anniversary of the United States and shipped in June 2026. In July 2026 United made the blend a permanent line in two sizes without the fuse, shipping from late summer 2026.
The wrapper is Mexican Habano over a Dominican binder, with Dominican and Nicaraguan filler; our distributor lists the filler as Dominican and Nicaraguan ligero with Piloto Cubano seco. Each size comes 12 to a collectible metal tin that doubles as an ashtray.
The Robusto is 4 7/8 x 50, the shorter of the two sizes, packed 12 to a metal tin.
