The Davidoff Puro Dominicano Short Robusto is a 4 1/2 x 52 short robusto made entirely from Dominican tobacco under a Yamasá wrapper, rolled at Cigars Davidoff in the Dominican Republic and sold by the single from our walk-in humidor at Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits, an official J.C. Newman Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge in Yuma, Arizona.
Puro Dominicano belongs to Davidoff's Black Band Collection. The name was first used in 2009 for a limited edition, and it returned as a standard production line in April 2026. Every leaf is Dominican, drawn from six growing regions: Yamasá for the wrapper, Martín García for the binder, and Mao, Villa González, Piloto and Navarrete for the filler. Davidoff says the tobaccos carry a combined 32 years of age. A yellow stripe on the packaging and a yellow secondary band on each cigar take their inspiration from Dominican amber.
