Hennessy VS Cognac is the house's Very Special, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Hennessy builds it from a blend of 40 eaux-de-vie, each selected for its vivacity, and matures the spirit in new oak barrels.

On the nose, fresh toast and roasted almond sit alongside brown sugar and vine fruit. The palate is rich and creamy, bringing vanilla, grilled almond and fresh grape together, while the finish stays fresh and lightly floral.
