Kikori Japanese Whisky is distilled in Japan from 100% rice and pure mountain water, then barrel aged in a combination of American oak, French Limousin oak and sherry casks. It is bottled at 41% ABV (82 proof).

The brand was founded by Ann Soh Woods and launched in 2015. Its nose is floral and fragrant, with caramel, tree fruit and vanilla. Melon, toasted almond, tart apple, oak and sherry shape the palate, and the finish is clean, bright and velvety smooth.
