Kumano Single Malt Japanese Whisky is a non-peated pot still single malt, distilled at the Kishu-Kumano Distillery in Wakayama, Japan. It matures in bourbon barrels and is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

With no peat in the recipe, the character rests on malt and wood. The nose is fresh, young and fruity, and the palate turns complex and profound. It is an unsmoked single malt, suited to those who favor fruit over peat.
