OpusX Society 1776 Flag Lighter
Manny Iriarte's 1776 lighter is Fuente The OpusX Society's salute to the United States: a white body painted with a waving American flag in red, white and blue beneath the OpusX Society logo, topped in polished chrome. The OpusX Society calls it an MI Creation, Iriarte's own design, made as a tribute to the country.
Turn it over and the back carries Fuente lettering and stars. A side window shows the fuel, and the base holds the flame adjuster and refill valve beside Iriarte's MI logo. It is a lighter for the Fourth of July, a toast to a veteran, or any evening with an Opus X from our humidor.
Retailers list the 1776 among the Society's J30 lighters, the single torch model halfwheel reported shipping in July 2022, made for Manny Iriarte Enterprises by Rëyns International, the US distributor of Elie Bleu, with the ignition built into the lid.

How to care for it
When the fuel window runs low, refill with multi-refined butane, upside down and in short bursts, then give it a few minutes before lighting. Keep the flame adjuster low. Our butane refill guide walks through it, and the Opus X collection holds the cigars.
