Passoã Passion Fruit

Passoã Passion Fruit is a passion fruit liqueur from France, launched in 1986 and bottled at 17% ABV (34 proof), with passion fruit at the center of its profile.

The liqueur contains reconstituted passion fruit juice from Brazil, which makes up 2% of the blend. The nose suggests passion fruit candy and grapefruit zest. On the palate it turns honeyed, with cooked passion fruit, grapefruit and cherry, and the finish returns to passion fruit and grapefruit zest, with bright acidity.
