Patrimony Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon from PATRIMONY Estate, the project of brothers Daniel and Georges Daou on DAOU Mountain in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. Only select vineyard rows are used, the wine is made from free-run juice fermented with wild yeasts, and it matures for 30 months in new French oak.

The estate describes the 2020 as deep ruby, with aromas of cassis, blueberry, pomegranate and currants followed by tobacco, chocolate and toasted spices. The palate is full-bodied and rich, balancing concentrated fruit and freshness, and it finishes with blackberry jam, cacao and mocha alongside fennel and thyme.
