Rémy Martin XO Cognac is an Extra Old Fine Champagne cognac from the Grande and Petite Champagne crus, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Rémy Martin's Cellar Master blends it from hundreds of eaux-de-vie.

Jasmine and candied orange rise first on the nose, with plum and honey beneath. The palate deepens into ripe plum and candied orange, spiced and layered with hazelnut, cocoa and gingerbread. The finish is long, full-bodied and smooth.
