Shibui 10 Year Pure Malt Whisky
Shibui 10 Year Pure Malt Whisky is made from 100% malted barley, double distilled in copper pot stills and matured for at least ten years in American ex-bourbon barrels and European oloroso sherry casks. The brand classes it as a World Whisky, and it is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
A finish in rare Japanese Mizunara oak completes its maturation. Bottled non-chill filtered and at its natural color, it shows coffee, rich dark chocolate and spiced oak.
