Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky comes from the Sazerac Company, which calls it the world's first single barrel Canadian whisky. Rather than being blended from many casks, each bottle is drawn from one barrel, selected from a collection of 200,000 barrels.

Vanilla and honey come forward first on the nose. On the palate the whisky is silky, with toasty oak, caramel and a measure of spice, and the finish is long and balanced.
