Pimm's No. 1 is a gin-based fruit cup liqueur, first created by James Pimm in 1840s London and now part of the Diageo portfolio. The US bottling is 25% ABV (50 proof).

A secret recipe infuses gin with herbal botanicals, caramelized orange and warm spices. The nose is fruity, with citrus and warm spice. On the palate it is fruity, herbal and sweet, touched with orange zest, and the finish is smooth and refreshing, with spice that lingers.
