Macanudo's Emissary series builds each blend around a European tobacco, and Emissary France followed Emissary España in March 2025 as a regular-production line. Its signature leaf is a four-year-aged filler from France's Mugron River Valley, south of Bordeaux, joined by 10-year Dominican Piloto, seven-year Brazilian Arapiraca and eight-year U.S. Broadleaf inside a 10-year Connecticut Broadleaf binder. General Cigar packs it in boxes of 16.
